If you skip sessions of Water Aerobics exercise it will harm you. Well, the truth is that all exercise you have to do continuously. Then only they will give results.

If you want an effective workout of Water Aerobics so you have to must do warm up exercise which i gave you. Minimum for 20 to 30 minutes you have to perform these types of workout.

Also you have to firstly see what's the temperature of the swimming pool water. If you are not comfortable with the temperature so this exercise will not help you. You harm yourself by doing exercise uncomfortably. So make sure to check the swimming pool temperature. 

Also while doing this Water Aerobic exercise you have to make sure that you are doing it in the right way or in a right rhythm. Then only it will benefit you. Also you have to take a break after every session.
